Ingredients

Salad Base

  • 100g lettuce
  • 70g chicory & beet leaves
  • 9 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 orange

Honey Yuzu Dressing

  • 3 tbsp The Han Kitchen Honey Yuzu Tea
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (3 turns)

Directions

  1. Wash and drain all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and peel and segment the orange.
  3. In a small bowl, add 3 tbsp of The Han Kitchen Honey Yuzu Tea. If the yuzu peel pieces are too large, finely chop or lightly mash them for a smoother texture.
  4. Add 3 tbsp vinegar and mix well to loosen the mixture.
  5. Slowly drizzle in 3 tbsp olive oil while stirring continuously to emulsify the dressing.
  6. Add 3 pinches salt and freshly ground black pepper (3 turns), then mix until smooth and glossy.
  7. Place the salad in a serving bowl and drizzle the dressing over the top.
  8. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
